So malefeicent is I think the only villain who really knows about it. I was actually thinking about it being a plan between Ryle and Dipin to collect intel.
also appearently rail gun slugs can leave a trail of plasma

OK, that should provide some setup for Jaw's plans, and the Mad Hatter and March hare are on their way to the castle (because when a Bandersnatch breaks out...)

My computer shut off in the middle of my typing of the post and the thing deleted ALL OF MY WORK.

EVEN THE SPORUM SAVED MY WORK WHEN THIS HAPPENED!,

I'm not blaming anyone I'm just really upset, all that effort down the drain, so Operation Slishy Splashy will be delayed AGAIN

NOOOOOOOOOOO

If it helps, try writing posts on a word processor so that you don't lose everything in case of accident.

I've been really busy and I'm sorry that I haven't gotten a post up all week; I'm working on one right now.

I did write down a few notes and I'll say that the trial scene will be absolutely sweet.

Normally this is the kind of thing that would be done via collab but you seem to know me so well, Haw, and I certainly trust you. If you want, though, I can set up a pad for us to do the monster fight, though if not then we can keep going post-by-post.

Greetings

You must excuse me for my re-appearance and subsequent departure in September, other matters happened to occupy me.

From this time of the year onward into 2016 I generally have more freedom, which will allow me to invest a substantial amount of time into the roleplay. I have posted my initial three characters accordingly on the character sheets page.

I am reading through the in-character page, and as always I find myself captivated. I will enter the roleplay soon Very Happy

Wonderful! Glad to see you're freer, Megaman.

On a related note, I'd say that DHMIS 5 is the creepiest in terms of the gore and the themes on cannibalism, but DHMIS 3 is the most disturbing in my book for the latent implications of its content.

Welcome back my Robotic friend, good to see you again, I'm sure you'll bring a lot of great and fun to this clash

I LOVE DHMIS, and the fact you submitted some raises my already high opinion of you.

Thank you for your welcomes

I have read through all of the existing posts in the Invisible Hand to the point where Dipin is requested of by the 7 of Hearts to remove the white roses. It was splendid, the settings, events, characters and their personalities resonated well with me.

I must leave at the moment, however I would favour input on where I should involve my characters in Wonderland and who with. There seem to be many opportunities to enter.

On an unrelated note, what was perhaps my favourite quote came from Slapstick:
TheRandomRingmaster wrote:"Never fails, I get a giant turkey leg and someone needs me to ghostbust"

That can be arranged.

In terms of recommendations:

Isaac can be placed with a number of characters, given his backstory; it all depends on whether you want him to endure more suffering, or experience relief from the fanatical torture that his mother put him through. As such, Isaac could probably go in any of these locations:
  • The bank of the Caucus-Race (with Big Daddy, Little Sister, and the Jackdodo)
  • The ravaged flowerbed (with Scraps, Slapstick, Pyro, and the Bandersnatch)
  • The Court of Hearts (with Ryle, Cordelia, and Dipin)

Given the perceived civility of the Healthy Band (emphasis on PERCEIVED), perhaps they would fit the best in the Court of Hearts; in addition to being the most advanced locale in terms of civilization, the Court of Hearts is going to be the site of a major food-related incident following the trial of the Knave of Hearts.

WX-78 may be pretty difficult, given the fact that there is only one other character, hero, villain, or otherwise, who also is truly mechanical, and that's Lofty the crane. Effectively this would likely lead to WX-78 becoming sort of a roguelike character (as if it weren't one already given the nature of Don't Starve), and quite frankly it could fit in any of the locations given its survival module, which would make for interesting narrative gameplay in terms of how that survival module would translate in a world that isn't Don't Starve.

Also, Jawlord, my last post will help transition into the flower scene, but do you want me to write the flowers' reactions to Slapstick, or do you want to do it yourself (which I'm completely fine with)?

I got the flowers part Its no problem, thanks for asking.

So WX-78 hates organic things?,

Hmm interesting, very interesting indeed......

Very well, I have written my initial post. It includes a word from the Kitchen Pals and WX-78's antics.

I will introduce Isaac and incorporate my characters into Wonderland when I am given the opportunity. Never fear if you find the likes of the Kitchen Pals and WX-78 excessively antagonistic- I plan for other more hospitable (and by extension sane) characters

I thought of it to be an affirmative "Y" in response to the 7 of Hearts' "ACCEPT QUEST? Y/N"

I also notice the trial commencing in regards to the Queen of Hearts' tarts. I believe this is the "major food-related incident" you spoke of, is it not? As you mention, this is an excellent opportunity for the Kitchen Pals. We'll see how matters escalate

I likewise have plans for Isaac, WX-78 and characters I have not yet posted in mind
